Cumulus Country “99.5 The Wolf” KPLX Dallas has appointed Nathan Fast as its new morning host for what will be rebranded as “Nathan Fast and The Wake Up With The Wolf Show”.
Fast most recently hosted mornings at CHR “103.7 Amp Radio” KVIL Dallas prior to its flip to Alternative last fall. Prior to that he hosted nights at “Channel 93.3” KHTS San Diego and weekends at 102.7 KIIS-FM Los Angeles. He has also worked in Boise and Las Vegas during his career.
Fast will be joined by incumbent co-host Lisa Taylor as he fills the opening created by Trey Morgan’s previously announced exit over the summer.
CUMULUS MEDIA announces that it will debut a new morning radio show on Texas Country 99.5 The Wolf/KPLX-FM in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, hosted by popular DFW radio personality Nathan Fast. The show, “Nathan Fast and The Wake Up With The Wolf Show” will debut Monday, September 17, 2018, on 99.5 The Wolf. The weekday morning show will air from 5:00am-10:00am. On-air talent Lisa Taylor remains with the new morning show.
Fast joins CUMULUS MEDIA and 99.5 The WOLF after most recently hosting the morning show on Dallas/Fort Worth Top 40 station AMP 103.7/KVIL. Prior to that, he was nighttime host at KHTS-FM in San Diego, CA, and weekend host on KIIS-FM in Los Angeles, CA. He also appeared weekly on stations in more than 80 markets across the country including New York, NY; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; and Dallas-Fort Worth as a contributor on the iHeartRadio Countdown. In addition, Fast has been on-air at stations in Las Vegas, NV, and Boise, ID. He is a graduate of Indiana University.
