Family Life Broadcasting is selling 88.5 KTUK Tucson AZ to VCY America for $450,000. KTUK became redundant following Family Life’s acquisition of 104.1 KFLT-FM (formerly KQTH) Tucson from Scripps last August.
Just south of the Atlanta market, Radio Georgia is selling half of its Classic Hits “Zoom” simulcast 105.9 WFAL Milner GA to Augusta Radio Fellowship for $400,000. The seller will retain 101.1 WTGA-FM Thomaston.
Josh Bohn’s MKRadio 1 LLC is acquiring Oldies 1490 WIEZ/94.7 W234DN Athens AL from Focus Radio Communications in exchange for $131,500 to be paid by surrendering his 10% stake of the seller and providing engineering services to them.

FTG Broadcasting will acquire 950 WYWY/93.3 W227CD and Hot AC “Mix 96.1” WKKQ Barbourville KY from Lincoln-Garrard Broadcasting for $475,000. The deal was previously announced as part of FTG’s purchase last month of Country “101.9 Nash Icon” WKFC North Corbin KY from Randy Michaels’ Radioactive LLC for $300,000.

KSBJ Educational Foundation sells 99.5 K258BZ Sugar Land TX to Centro Cristiano de Vida Eterna for $400,000 with $300,000 of that coming from previously paid pursuant to a Rebroadcasting Agreement.
Alaska Educational Radio System donates 92.5 K223BJ Eagle River and 104.5 K283AZ Anchorage AK to Christian Broadcasting Inc. Both translators will rebroadcast Conservative Talk 1020 KVNT Eagle River.
