River Radio Ministries has announced it will acquire Lancaster Educational Broadcasting Foundation’s Christian AC “Refreshing 90.9” WFCO Lancaster OH.
River Radio Ministries, which operates multiple Christian stations in Central Ohio including “104.9 The River” WCVO Columbus, has flipped WFCO to a simulcast of “89.3 The River” WZNP Newark/WZCP Chillicothe via LMA. The trimulcast serves areas east of Columbus.
River Radio Ministries, parent company of Contemporary Christian 104.9 the River (WCVO/Columbus, OH) is excited to announce the addition of “The New 90.9 the River” (WFCO/Lancaster, OH).
River Radio Ministries agrees to terms to purchase Religious Refreshing 90.9 (WFCO/ Lancaster, OH) from Lancaster Educational Broadcasting Foundation. The deal is seeking FCC approval, but both parties have agreed upon a short Local Marketing Agreement effective November 1, 2019, at such time WFCO-FM will be rebranded under RRM’s “The River” Contemporary Christian format as “The New 90.9 the River”.
