NRG Media has flipped CHR “107.3 The Party” 1330 KPTY/107.3 K297BS Waterloo IA to Classic Country “107.3 Hank-FM“.

While KPTY registered a 3.1 share in the Fall 2019 Nielsen Audio ratings, the new format appears focused to assist market leading Classic Hits 105.7 KOKZ keep that title away from Townsquare Media Country “K98.5” KOEL-FM. KOKZ’s 12.2 share led KOEL-FM’s 10.7 in the Fall book.

NRG Media in Cedar Rapids/Waterloo has changed Top 40 station 107.3 The Party to 107.3 HANK FM – Playing the Legends of Country. 107.3 HANK FM (and 1330 AM) will continue to serve the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area while playing classic country from Garth Brooks, George Strait, and Alan Jackson to Tim McGraw, Reba, and Toby Keith and many more!
