After launching COVID-19 related programming from SiriusXM’s Doctor Radio and Coronavirus: What You Need to Know channels on 540 WAUK Jackson/Milwaukee WI on Monday, Good Karma Brands will also bring the content to Cleveland starting Wednesday, April 22.
Like Milwaukee it will temporarily supplant national programming on what is currently “ESPN 1540 KNR2” WWGK on the 1kW AM daytimer, while the mix of local and national Sports content remains on “ESPN Cleveland” 850 WKNR.
Good Karma Brands announces SiriusXM’s Doctor Radio (channel 110) and its public service channel, “Coronavirus: What You Need to Know” (channel 121), will air on 540 ESPN (WAUK-AM) beginning today, Monday, April 20th, 2020, and will begin airing on 1540 ESPN Cleveland on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2020. The programming change will preempt ESPN network programming until further notice.
