Destiny Worship Center has relaunched recently acquired Christian 91.1 WPSM Fort Walton Beach FL as Contemporary Worship “Destiny Radio“.

The station is operating from new studios in a converted KFC/Taco Bell. Destiny Worship Center founder Steve Vaggalis told the Northwest Florida Daily News, “With 36 years of being a radio station, you realize we’ve gone through generations locally. The way the radio station started, we’re building on that vision. There is a huge following for local Christian radio. We wanted to freshen it up, upgrade all of its equipment and make sure its emphasis is locally centered. Our desire is, we’re doing something bold, we’re going to be commercial-free.”
