Jeff Andrulonis’ Colonial Radio Group sells 96.7 WUDE Portville/Olean NY and translators 98.7 W254BQ Olean, 99.1 W256BS Olean and 104.9 W285ES Olean NY to Seven Mountains Media for $200,000. As part of the deal Seven Mountains will sign a lease with Andrulonis’ Sweet Tea Holdings of SC LLC to move WUDE to a new tower being constructed. Seven Mountains owns Country “95.7 The Big Pig” WPIG and Classic Hits “Big Oly 107.1” 1450 WOLY/107.1 W296DB Olean.
WNPV Inc. donates Silent 1440 WNPV/98.5 W253CA Lansdale PA to Four Rivers Community Broadcasting. WNPV ceased operations on May 1 and then sold its studio and tower site to the local school district.
Barry Wood’s KMRI LLC acquires Silent 1550 KMRI West Valley City/Salt Lake City out of a bankruptcy auction for the $75,000 credit bid. Wood is the holder of a $337,743.18 promissory note that former owner AASAA Media defaulted on.
One Media purchases Silent 92.9 KMML Cimarron/Garden City KS from Randy Michaels’ Radioactive LLC for $65,000. KMML has been off the air since Rocking M Media ended its LMA last December. One Media operates stations across Kansas as “My Town Media“.
WATS Broadcasting sells AC “The Choice” 102.3 WAVR Waverly NY/960 WATS Sayre PA to Dave Radigan’s WATS Up LLC for $450,000. Radigan owns Full Service AC 1330 WEBO Owego NY (and network of translators) serving much of same area. An LMA will take effect on Sunday, November 1.
