iHeartMedia CHR “96.7 Kiss-FM” KHFI Georgetown/Austin has cancelled “The Billy The Kidd Show” from mornings.
The show debuted in February 2016, with hosts Billy The Kidd and Anne Hudson. Billy previously and continues to host afternoons at iHeart’s “106.1 Kiss-FM” KHKS Dallas and has previously worked at WDRQ Detroit, KRBV Dallas, and WHTZ New York. Hudson pulled double-duty as midday host at Country “KASE 101” 100.7 KASE Austin and continues there.
KHFI has yet to announce its plans for mornings. However sister Rhythmic CHR “102.3 The Beat” KPEZ will also debut a new morning show on Monday as the syndicated Tino Cochino Radio moves from nights to mornings to fill the hole created by the departure of former PD/morning host Ryan Kramer in November’s company layoffs.
