‘Stevie Jay’ Khachaturian is buying out his partners in SJ Broadcasting and their four stations in Champaign IL. The deal will see Spencer Atkins’ TAG Investments acquire Jon Khachaturian’s 33.33% stake for $1 and then Steve Khachaturian will pay $450,000 for TAG’s combined stake.
