The new Coast resurrects the brand utilized in the market on the company’s 93.7 WKOC from 1991 to 2003. Core artists are listed as including Dave Matthews Band, Jack Johnson, Mumford & Sons, The Lumineers, Adele, Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, and John Mayer.
Nick Chappell, Program Director/afternoon host of sister Alternative “96X” WROX-FM Exmore, will also serve as PD/morning host for the Coast.
WTAR/WUSH-HD2 had a 0.2 share in the January 2023 Nielsen Audio ratings.
