iHeartMedia has announced the promotion of Blake Fulton from Regional SVP/Sales for the Mid-South to Market President for its Birmingham, Huntsville, and Tuscaloosa AL clusters.
Fulton joined iHeartMedia in December 2022 after spending nine years as Managing Partner and VP/Sales for sales performance company Gabriel Media. He began his career as a host and Sports Director for WWTN and WNFN Nashville before moving into sales for Fox Cable Networks and Scripps Networks.
Fulton will report to iHeartMedia Mid-South Area President Ronnie Bloodworth, who has been handling the day-to-day management of those clusters since the retirement of former Area President Ray Quinn in February 2022.
iHeartMedia announced today that Blake Fulton has been named Market President for Birmingham, Tuscaloosa and Huntsville, effective immediately. iHeartMedia North Alabama has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital — encompassing more than twenty stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.
iHeartMedia has the leading consumer reach and influence across multiple platforms and delivers more live programming than any other media company. As Market President, Blake Fulton will be responsible for oversight of all operations in Birmingham, Tuscaloosa and Huntsville. Blake will report to Ronnie Bloodworth, Area President for iHeartMedia Midsouth Area.

Blake joins the North Alabama markets from inside iHeartMedia, where he most recently served as the Regional SVPS. Prior to that he served as the one of the principles for Gabriel Media.
