Three more stations have dropped their current branding and have gone all-Christmas with “Santa” branding.
Loud Media signed-on new translator 93.7 W229DO Knoxville TN this week as Christmas Music “Santa 93.7” fed by 850 WSMM Maryville. The move completes the frequency change and move of the former 105.1 W286DT as it now operates with 185w/88m.
In Wichita Falls TX, Falls Media dropped the Variety Hits “100.9 Jack-FM” brand from KWFB Holliday on Wednesday and is currently all-Christmas as “Santa 100.9“.
Subarctic Media CHR 94.7 KKCK Springfield/Marshall MN made the move to holiday hits earlier as “94.7 K-Santa” marking the first time the station went all-Christmas.
No word yet on what to expect after the holidays. WSMM/W229DO will debut a new format after the holiday season, but nothing has been confirmed for KKCK or KWFB.
