1470 WWNN Pompano Beach FL will soon have its fifth licensee in two years. After less than two months of ownership, James Ospina’s Radio Activa Media Group will sell WWNN to Dr. Felix Michelet’s Shekinah Radio International LLC for $675,000. The buyer is associated with the Miami based Creole language Tabernacle of Glory Church.
Beasley Media Group sold the station along with two translators in February 2022 for $1.25 million. Marco Broadcasting turned around in May 2022 to sell the signals to Vic Canales Media Group for $1.45 million. Canales kept the translators and sold just WWNN to Radio Activa Media Group this August for $450,000.
Praestantia Broadcasting sells 98.9 WOWE Vassar MI to Wonderful News Radio Inc. for $215,000. The station is currently operated via LMA by Edwards Media LLC as Hip Hop “98.9 The Beat” targeting the nearby Flint market. The buyer owns Christian Preaching “Thrive Radio” 88.3 WNFA Port Huron, Christian AC “90.7 Hope-FM” WNFR Sandusky/Port Huron and holds a CP for 90.9 Kinde MI. It has applied to convert WOWE to non-commercial operation.
Marpat Corporation sells Classic Country “96.7 K-Country” WKMM Kingswood WV/Oakland MD to Greg Bolyard’s WKMM Radio LLC for $70,000. Bolyard has served as Operations Manager. Program Director and morning host at the station since 2005 after previously hosting mornings from 1986 to 1993. He has also programmed and worked on air at other stations across West Virginia and western Maryland.
Dick Witkovski’s North Texas Radio Group sells Silent 95.1 KEBE-FM Jacksonville TX to Jeffrey Jennings’ Storm Broadcasting for $66,000. New KKGT call letters have been requested for the station.
Daniel Hidalgo’s International Jade Group acquires Oldies/Classic Country “Super Mix” 100.3 WSMX-FM Goshen/Troy AL from Christopher Johnson and Robert Williams’ J&W Communications for $225,000. The buyer also has a pending $130,000 purchase of Southern Gospel 1110 WBIB/101.3 W267DA Centerville AL.
William Willis’ Willtronics Broadcasting sells Country “Q100” 100.1 WFLQ French Lick IN to Christopher and Erica Ruth’s Pivotal Opportunities LLC for $415,000.
East Texas Community Broadcasting sells its Construction Permit for Waco rimshot 90.3 KTFB Riesel TX to First Dallas Media for $27,500. The buyer, associated with First Baptist Church of Dallas, owns Christian 90.9 KCBI Dallas and 107.7 KCBN Hico TX.
Minnesota Public Radio divests its Sun Valley ID signal as it sells 91.9 KWRV to the Idaho State Board of Education for $120,000. KWRV currently simulcasts the network based at Classical 99.5 KSJN Minneapolis MN and will presumably switch to the buyer’s network based on 90.3 KBSU-FM Boise and currently heard in Sun Valley on 90.5 K213EN Hailey and 93.5 K228DO Ketchum.

Cortana Media applies to acquire 99.9 W260BM Annapolis MD from Hope Christian Church of Marlton for $75,000. Cortana is jointly owned by former AAA 103.1 WRNR-FM owner ‘Steve Kingston’ Kushner, former Midlands Media Columbia SC owner Kirk Litton, and VirtualJock owner Jason Kidd.
Benny Carle Broadcasting sells 97.1 W246BS Florence AL to Tori Bailey for $85,000. Bailey, will rebroadcast R&B Oldies 1410 WZZA Tuscumbia AL on the translator, which she owns through Muscle Shoals Broadcasting Inc.
