Relevant Radio will purchase two “Redeemer Radio” Catholic stations in Indiana for $1,262,000. The deal includes Fort Wayne Catholic Radio’s 106.3 WRDF Columbia City/Fort Wayne and subsidiary St. Joseph Catholic Radio Group’s 95.7 WRDI Nappanee/South Bend. Both stations have begun airing Relevant Radio’s network programming.
For the third time in two years, 1470 WWNN Pompano Beach FL has been sold as James Ospina’s Radio Activa Media Group purchases the station from Vic Canales Media Group for $450,000. Canales purchased the station along with translators 95.3 W237BD Boca Raton and 96.9 W245BC Lauderdale Lakes in May 2022 for $1.45 million. Canales purchased it from Marco Broadcasting, which bought it from Beasley Media Group in February 2022 for $1.25 million. Canales retains the two translators, which operate as “Oldies 95.3/96.9“.
Paul & Debra Deen’s Blueberry Broadcasting Company sells 104.3 WAJQ-FM and 1400 WAWO/99.1 W256DS/100.1 W261BR Alma GA to Neal Ardman for $225,000.
Jacobs Radio Programming purchases Conservative Talk 1230 KCUP Toledo OR from Rubin Broadcasting for $18,500. A Time Brokerage Agreement took effect on August 1.

H&S Partners sells 99.7 K259BG Chehalis WA to Bustos Media in exchange for Bustos filing to change the frequency of Regional Mexican “La Gran D” 105.7 KZGI Sedro-Woolley to 96.9, while increasing power from 700w to 1.15kW. That will enable a future upgrade of 105.7 KJET Union WA potentially as a Seattle market rimshot. Bustos will rebroadcast “La Z” 102.9 KZTM McKenna on K259BG.
Tom Troland’s Redrock Media Group donates 98.1 K251BC Kayenta and 99.1 K256CA Navajo Mountain-Lake Powell UT to Across Nations. Both translators rebroadcast 103.5 KPGX Navajo Mountain, which was sold to the organization last September for $70,000.
Smile FM acquires 103.5 W278BX Saginaw MI from Spirit Communications for $45,000. W278BX will rebroadcast the buyer’s Christian AC network via 91.9 WSMO Mount Forest.
