Following last week’s move of Adult R&B “Lawton’s Heart & Soul” to 1380 KKRX/96.7 K244DW Lawton, Mollman Media launched Alternative “X93.7” on 1050 KXCA/93.7 K229DG Lawton at noon today.
Positioning as “Lawton/Fort Sill Rock Alternative”, the new brand is featuring artists including Foo Fighters, Linkin Park, Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, Bush, Beastie Boys, Cage The Elephant, Green Day, Imagine Dragons, and The Black Keys. KXCA Program Director Ryan Beam states, “We are very excited to give Lawton its very first Alternative Rock radio station.”
