D-Wayne Taylor has departed his roles as Program Director and morning host at NRG Media Rhythmic CHR “Red 94.5” K233AN/KBBK-HD2 Lincoln NE.

Taylor joined K233AN in October 2022 after spending eight years across town at Alpha Media CHR 106.3 KFRX. He stated on social media that he is departing to focus on his Whatever Collective and his emcee/event hosting businesses. Taylor is also the in-game host for the College World Series and multiple University of Nebraska sports.

Taylor shared, “As you may know, I have held the role of Program Director at NRG media’s RED 94.5. It has been a transformative experience working for them and growing the presence of Hip Hop radio in Lincoln. Due to the growth of my business as an MC and leading Whatever Collective (a collaboration of professionals with a diverse range of talents), I no longer have the time to dedicate to my position as NRG Program Director.
