December 7, 2010

Townsquare Media New Northwest Broadcasting Gap West Yakima Tri-Cities Walla Walla Kennewick Pasco

Last week Townsquare Media announced it would be acquiring 12 stations owned by New Northwest Broadcasters in the Yakima and Tri-Cities markets of Washington State. In the Tri-Cities of Kennewick, Richland, and Pasco, Townsquare will retain its Country 102.7 KORD, “97 Rock” KXRX, and News/Talk 870 KFLD, New Northwest’s CHR “Power 99.1” KUJ and relocate AC “98.3 The Key” KEYW to 106.5 and Sports “ESPN 960” KALE to 1340.
