All Pro Broadcasting Hot AC “Hot 103.9” KHTI Lake Arrowhead/Riverside CA has flipped to a simulcast of co-owned AC 101.3 KATY-FM Idyllwild.
Positioning with “More Music More Variety For The IE”, the combined brand’s lineup will feature a mix of talent from both stations. KHTI morning host Jeff Pope will anchor mornings followed by KATY-FM midday host Mama Mia and Chris Donovan in afternoons. Compass Media Networks’ Anna & Raven moves from mornings on 101.3 to nights on the simulcast with John Tesh overnights. “Throwback Nation Radio” will air on Saturday and Sunday evenings.
The simulcast gives the pair of signals a better combined signal in the Riverside/San Bernardino market. KHTI covers Riverside and San Bernardino proper, while KATY-FM reaches Mareno Valley and Temecula. Both signals still leave a gap in the western parts of the market such as Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga.
The first songs heard on the simulcast were Billie Eilish “Birds of a Feather”, 38 Special “Caught Up In You”, Kesha “Tik Tok”, and Christina Aguilera “Genie In A Bottle”.

The station has dropped its “Hot” moniker in favor of just the frequency. The station is running promos teasing “Something Big” and “New and Fresh” coming. KHTI had just a 0.7 share in the November 2024 Nielsen Audio ratings.
