iHeartMedia has promoted Sharon ‘Shay Diddy’ Frank to Program Director of Hip Hop 106.1 KMEL San Francisco.

Frank has been with KMEL since 2006 rising through the ranks from intern to promotions to night host. She added Music Director duties in 2013 and moved to middays in 2020.
