The deal for Classic Rock “94.1 The Loon” KKLN Atwater/Willmar, Classic Hits 93.5 KSCR-FM Benson, and Classic Country 1290 KBMO/103.5 K278CX Benson is structured with $200,000 going to seller John Jennings in a consulting agreement through January 2027. KKLN will join Lakeland Media’s other holdings in the Willmar market that includes Classic Country “Big Country 100.1” KOLV Olivia, Hot AC “Q102” 102.5 KQIC Willmar, Classic Hits “106.5 The Train” KLFN Sunburg, and News/Talk 1340 KWLM/96.3 K242CF Willmar and 101.1 K266CM Sunburg.
Harold Bearden’s AMS Radio sells Classic Hits “Paradise 92.7” WWWH-FM Haleyville AL to Haleyville Broadcasting Company for $60,000. An LMA took effect on January 1 and new WSHF call letters are pending.

Community Public Media sells Community 89.1 KPVL Postville IA to the Matthew Middlebrooke led American Christian Radio for $25,000. The buyer owns three other non-comms in Aberdeen SD, Beloit KS, and Minot ND and three construction permits.
The unrelated Community Public Radio donates its CP for 89.3 WNBA Milledgeville GA to Seacoast Radio Network Corp. Seacoast operates the Christian AC “Star FM” webcaster.
Mike Runion’s AOK Broadcasting sells its CP for 90.9 Pahrump NV to Geno and Penny Munari’s Reading, Writing, Arithmetic Inc. for $1. The buyers currently own 107.1 KIYQ-LP Las Vegas, which they will divest ahead of closing.

Cumberland Valley Christian Radio purchases 99.9 W260DD Lees Crossroads PA from Four Rivers Community Broadcasting Corp. for $10,000. With the deal, the translator will shift from rebroadcasting Four Rivers’ 88.3 WZXQ Chambersburg to the buyer’s “The Bridge” 91.3 WPFG Carlisle.
