Seven Mountains Media continues its revamp of its recently acquired cluster in Bowling Green KY.
Seven Mountains, which absorbed the LMA of Charles Anderson’s 100.7 WKLX Brownsville/Bowling Green, relaunched the former “100.7 Sam-FM” as “BG 100.7” with a refreshed Classic Hits presentation. Now positioning as “Big Hits”, the station has dropped Local Radio Networks programming for local origination. Compass Media Networks’ “Anna & Raven” is added for mornings, with WKYE Johnstown PA afternoon host Mitch Edwards in middays. Kirk Patrick, most recently PD/morning host at sister CHR 107.1 WUHU, moves to afternoons. Seven Mountains’ internally syndicated “The Night Club” with Kelli Gates follows in evenings.
