Ohio Midland Newsgroup Classic Country “Big Willie 105.5” WBGI-FM Bethlehem/Wheeling WV has added a simulcast of Dimitri Vassilaros’ “Dimitri – Live & Dangerously Local” from sister Conservative Talk “River Talk” 1290 WLYV Bellaire OH/100.1 W261DH Wheeling and 1430 WEIR/100.9 W265ED Weirton WV.
Vassilaros’ show airs on WBGI-FM from 7-9am weekdays. Prior to joining “River Talk”, Vassilaros spent time at stations including WWVA Wheeling, WFLA Tampa, WWWE Cleveland, KSDO San Diego, WPTI Greensboro, and WTAE and KDKA Pittsburgh.
WBGI-FM had moved from current based Country as “Biggie Country 105.5” to Classic Country in September 2022. With the addition of Vassilaros, WBGI-FM has also repositioned the station to “Your Country” with the addition of more 2000s music.
