Lotus Broadcasting has appointed JD Greene as its new Operations Manager for its Las Vegas cluster.
Greene joins Lotus Las Vegas from Leighton Broadcasting where he most recently servced as the company’s VP/Programming. Greene joined Leighton at the end of 2021 as Program Director of “Wild Country 99” KZPK St. Cloud MN and rose to cluster OM three months later. He moved to the corporate role in December 2023. He previously spent seven years as PD/afternoon host at “Big Country 104.7” WPGB Pittsburgh from 2014-21 preceded by six years as MD/afternoon host at Country “K102” KEEY Minneapolis. Greene also has served as MD/afternoon host at CHR “96.1 Kiss-FM” WKST-FM Pittsburgh, and MD/night host at CHR “Radio Now 93.1” WNOU Indianapolis and 101.9 WVAQ Morgantown WV.
At Lotus, Greene will oversee daily operations and help drive strategic initiatives that enhance the company’s content and engagement efforts. Lotus operates nine brands in Las Vegas including Rock 92.3 KOMP, Classic Rock “97.1 The Point” KXPT, Regional Mexican “La Buena 101.9” KWID, Classic Country “94.7 Hank-FM” K234BS/KXPT-HD2 and five Sports brands: “Raider Nation Radio” 920 KRLV, “ESPN Las Vegas” 1100 KWWN/100.9 K265EZ, “1230 The Game” KLAV, “Fox Sports 98.9” 1340 KKGK/K255CT, and “Deportes Vegas” 1460 KENO.
