Shawn Faxon’s Wolf Creek Radio Broadcasting is acquiring three stations from affiliates of Northeast Digital & Wireless in Laramie WY.
Wolf Creek will acquire Classic Rock “Vintage Vinyl 98.7” KRQU and “New Country 96.7” 1210 KHAT/96.7 K244FN Laramie from Appaloosa Broadcasting Company and CHR “iMix 104.5” KIMX Centennial from White Park Broadcasting for $375,000. The deal is structured with a $35,000 deposit and $265,000 at closing followed by 24 monthly installments of $3,125.
The stations will join the company’s Hot AC “Hits 106” KLMI Rock River.
