Citing financial reasons, Digio has filed STAs with the FCC for both signals to remain silent.
The Blues programming debuted in January 2018 as “Blues 93.1” on WIIN and W225BK Cedar Hill. It would move to 102.1 in September 2024.
The brand registered a 0.8 share in the November 2025 Nielsen Audio ratings
