After stunting as “Ho Ho 108” for the past few weeks, Sticks Media has flipped 107.9 KHDV Darby/Hamilton MT to Classic Hits “Rocket 108“.
The new brand launched on Christmas Day at noon positioning as “The Bitterroot’s Classic Hits of the 70’s, 80’s & 90’s”. The new brand matches sister “Rocket 103.7” KTNK Lompoc CA, which debuted earlier this year.
Sticks Media agreed to acquire then-Silent KHDV and 102.5 KMSO Missoula Sheila Callahan & Friends Inc. in November for $255,000. KMSO relaunched its previous Hot AC “102.5 Mountain-FM” identity earlier this month. Before going silent at the end of 2024, KHDV had been Classic Hits “107.9 The Drive”.
