Heartland Signal will acquire Liberal Talk “AM 950” KTNF St. Louis Park/Minneapolis from Chad Larson’s JR Broadcasting for $250,000. The buyer is operated by non-profit Future Now Action and acquired Liberal Talk 820 WCPT Willow Springs/Chicago and Brokered Ethnic 1240 WSBC Chicago from Heartland Signal founder Fred Eychaner’s Newsweb Radio in 2024.
Christina Biegun’s Little Dog Media Group continues its growth in South Florida with the purchase of 1420 WDJA Delray Beach from Radio Cristo Mi Redentor Universo 1420AM Inc. for $425,000. A Time Brokerage Agreement took effect on Monday, March 2. Little Dog Media Group has also filed to make WDJA the parent signal for their recently acquired Oldies/Brokered Talk “True Oldies” 95.3 W237BD Boca Raton and 95.9 W240CI North Palm Beach.
Donald Bowles’ Dreamcatcher Communications Inc. sells Hot AC “99.5 The Edge” WAOL Ripley and Country “C103” WRAC Georgetown OH to Kenneth and Kimberly Smith’s Ice Cream Castle LLC for $$958,111 including the WAOL transmitter site. Ken Smith serves as Sales Manager at the stations. The seller retains Country 95.1 WFLE-FM Flemingsburg KY.
Brint Ryan’s Ryan Media will purchase K-Best Media LLC from the estate of Sheila Abusaab for $900,000. Included in the deal are Hot AC “94.3 The Fuse” KBTS, Country “K-Best 95.7” KBST-FM, and News/Talk 1490 KBST/103.9 K280GW Big Spring TX.
The estate of Gary York’s Yadkin Valley Broadcasting Corporation sells AC 100.9 WIFM-FM Elkin NC to Jennifer Chatham’s JKC Media LLC for $800,000. Chatham has served as General Manager of WIFM-FM since 2019.
In a previously announced deal, Brian Adams and Robert Smith’s Bulldog Sounds LLC will pay $75,000 to acquire Hot AC “Q93.5” WQRW Wellsville NY from the estate of Robert Pfuntner’s Pembrook Pines Media Group. An LMA took effect on Monday, February 2.
Norman Worth purchases the 50% of Full Service AC 1510 WRNJ Hackettstown and translators 92.7 W224AS Washington and 105.7 W289AR Glen Gardner NJ that he does not hold from Larry Tighe for $200,000. Tighe will retain ownership of WRNJ translator 104.7 W284CQ Hackettstown.
Sky High Broadcasting acquires 89.3 KELP-FM Mesquite NM from Cornerstone Broadcasting. The price was not included in the sale filing.

Bott Radio Network’s Community Broadcasting Inc. agrees to purchase 102.3 W272AL Fairfield IA from Fairfield Monthly Meeting of Friends for $100. W272AL rebroadcasts the buyer’s 88.1 KQLF Ottumwa.
