Slightly more than two years after dropping Country for CHR, Clear Channel’s “Power 96.1” KPXR Opportunity/Spokane has returned to Country and its prior “Kix 96.1” branding.
Kix is launching with the Bobby Bones Show in mornings and a Premium Choice lineup of Amy James in middays, Tyler Reese in afternoons, and local host Cole at night.
Then KIXZ dropped Kix for CHR “Hits 96.1” in March 2012 and then rebranded as Power in September 2013.
The Elvis Duran show moves from mornings on 96.1 to sister Hot AC 103.1 KCDA.
