Long Point Communications is purchasing the assets of Finger Lakes Radio Group out of a bankruptcy auction for $3.375 million. Long Point is a partnership of Bruce Danziger and Eric Sivertsen. Danziger owns stations in Pittsfield, MA under the Gamma and Berkshire Broadcasting names, Burlington, VT under Vox AM/FM, and Marion and Kokomo, IN as Hoosier AM/FM.
Included in the purchase are seven stations and five translators: AC 98.5 WNYR-FM Waterloo, Classic Rock “99.3 The Wall” WLLW Seneca Falls, Country “K101.7/104.5”

Texoma Broadcasting sells AC “B99.7” KBBC-FM Tishomingo, Country 106.3 KLBC Durant, and Oldies 750 KSEO/94.1 K231CE Durant, OK to Mid-Continental Communications for $2.45 million.
Real Presence Radio purchases 91.7 KBFR Bismarck, ND from Family Stations, Inc. for $50,000. Real Presence will utilize KBFR as a satellite of Catholic 1370 KWTL Grand Forks.
Pine To Praire Broadcasting sells News/Talk 1480 KKCQ Fosston and Country 96.7 KKCQ-FM Bagley, MN to R&J Broadcasting for a redacted amount. R&J has been operating both stations under a Time Brokerage Agreement since July 2012.
Kentucky Mountain Holiness Association transfers “Mountain Gospel 99.9” WMTC-FM Vancleve, KY to Kentucky Mountain Bible College. Both groups are associated but operated by separate boards.
In August, Fordham University applied to transfer 94.5 W233BM Beacon, NY to Sunrise Broadcasting but kept the purchase price redacted. It has now amended the application to state the sale price is $75,000.
Holy Family Communications acquires 102.9 W275BX Erie, PA from Family Life Ministries for $0 to rebroadcast Catholic 89.5 WMIH Geneva, OH.
New Hampshire Gospel Radio sells 103.9 W280EC Concord, NH to New Hampshire Family Radio for $5,000. W280EC already rebroadcasts the buyer’s “Concord News Radio” 1450 WKXL Concord.
Friends of St. Simons Radio sells 97.5 W248AH Brunswick, GA to St. Simons Radio for $10. W248AH will rebroadcast 94.7 WWEZ-LP St. Simons.
Spring Arbor University has sold 96.5 W243AD Adrian, MI to Lenawee Broadcasting Company for $115,000. Lenawee will rebroadcast their 103.9 WLEN Adrian.
Community Translator Network acquires the CP for 95.1 K236CE Littlefield, AZ from Broadcast Towers, Inc for $14,600.
Delaware County Sounds of Life acquires 103.7 W279AL Catskill, NY from Northeast Gospel Broadcasting for $10,000. The currently silent translator has applied to increase power from 7 watts to 10 at 160 meters.
