Dave Moore’s Kix Broadcasting has launched “Kix Country 107.5” 1480 KAVA/107.5 K298CG Pueblo CO.
Moore will host “Dave & Friends” mornings from 6-9am on the station. He previously owned and programmed “KIQ’N Country” KIQN on multiple frequencies in the Pueblo area and had long on-air and programming stints at KCCY Pueblo and KCCS Colorado Springs.
Moore is in the process of purchasing KAVA/K298CG from Zee Ferrufino’s Latino Communications and operating the station under Time Brokerage Agreement. The station previously simulcasted Latino’s Full Service Spanish “Que Bueno 1280” KBNO/97.7 K249EX Denver.
New KIXD call letters will take effect after closing on December 27.
