Following the transfer of its Classic Rock “Rock 99.1” brand from the translator to 106.5 KOSY in December, Clear Channel’s K256AE Provo, UT has debuted its new format.
The station shifted to Alternative this morning as “Project 99.1” running programming from the Premium Choice “Alternative Project” feed.
K256AE serves the southern portion of the Salt Lake City metro and joins Simmons’ “X96” KXRK and Cumulus Adult Alternative “101.9 The End” KENZ in the format.
