Sale Dismissals
KSBJ Educational Association is walking away from its June 2014 application to purchase 99.7 KROY Palacios TX from Roy Henderson for $350,000. Multiple parties filed petitions to deny and informal objections to multiple infringements made by Henderson including not paying nearly $100,000 to Victoria Radioworks for an FCC show cause order related to moving 95.1 KVIC Victoria to 104.7 due to Henderson’s upgrade of 94.9 KHTZ Gandao to a Class C1 from a C2 on 104.7. Another petition stated that KROY should’ve had its license deleted for filing fraudulent STA applications and being silent for more than 365 consecutive days.
