Two weeks after flipping CHR “Power 93.3” KPWK Seattle back to Rhythmic CHR KUBE, iHeartMedia has reversed course on its plans to keep the Carla Marie & Anthony morning show on the station.
The duo will instead move to sister “106.1 Kiss-FM” KBKS Tacoma for nights starting Monday, May 21. The show will air from 6-10pm replacing the voicetracked EJ on KBKS.
Carla Maria and Anthony came to Seattle from the syndicated Elvis Duran Show in January 2016 when KUBE became KPWK. The original plan was for the pair to continue hosting mornings following the return of the KUBE format and branding earlier this month. No plans for the KUBE morning slot have been announced.
