Following yesterday’s resignation of Todd Cavanah after 33 years, Audacy has appointed Molly Cruz as Brand Manager for CHR “B96” WBBM-FM Chicago.
Cruz comes to Chicago from Audacy Milwaukee where she has served as Assistant Brand Manager for Hot AC “99.1 The Mix” WMYX and CHR “103.7 Kiss-FM” WXSS and Regional CHR Format Brand Manager for KALV Phoenix, WKXJ Chattanooga, and WTDY-FM Philadelphia. Cruz also spent over four years on-air and as Promotions Coordinator at Hot AC “Star 105.5” WZSR Crystal Lake IL in the Chicago suburbs.
Audacy has also announced that WBBM-FM Assistant Brand Manager Erik Bradley will add Interim Brand Manager duties for Classic Hip Hop “104.3 Jams” WBMX.
Audacy names Molly Cruz as new Brand Manager of B96 (WBBM-FM) in Chicago, effective immediately. In this role, Cruz will oversee content strategy, talent, operations and branding for the station. Cruz will replace Todd Cavanah, who recently announced his resignation.

Cruz comes to Chicago after seven years in Milwaukee, most recently as Assistant Brand Manager of 99.1 The Mix (WMYX-FM) and 103.7 KISS FM (WXSS-FM), as well as Regional CHR Format Brand Manager.
The company subsequently announces Erik Bradley as Interim Brand Manager of 104.3 JAMS (WBMX-FM), also succeeding Cavanah. Bradley will continue in his role as Assistant Brand Manager of B96.
