KUAR/KLRE Rebrand As Little Rock Public Radio

Little Rock Public Radio 89.1 KUAR 90.5 KLREThe University of Arkansas at Little Rock has rebranded its two stations as “Little Rock Public Radio“.

The stations will continue to offer Public News/Talk on 89.1 KUAR Little Rock/94.5 K233AD Monticello and Classical on 90.5 KLRE Little Rock. In an interview with station News Director Daniel Breen, General Manager Jonathan Seaborn said the stations will soon follow-up with some schedule changes.

We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in the history of our beloved radio station. After 50 remarkable years of serving the central Arkansas community as KUAR/KLRE Public Radio, we are proud to unveil our new identity: Little Rock Public Radio.

This transformative change reflects our deep commitment to the vibrant communities we have been privileged to engage with over the decades. While our name has evolved, our dedication to delivering unparalleled news, informative content, and captivating programming that embodies the spirit of central Arkansas remains unwavering.

Little Rock Public Radio is more than just a name; it’s a representation of the heart and soul of our community. Our programming will continue to provide a trusted source of connection and inspiration, weaving together the stories, voices, and music that define us.
