Robert Flotte’s Cloudcroft Broadcasting Corporation sells Rock 97.9 KTMN Cloudcroft/Alamogordo NM to John and Valeria Hurt’s JVH Media Connect Corporation for $425,000. The deal is structured with $45,000 paid as a deposit and the remainder to be in $5000 monthly installments until paid in full. John Hurt has served as Station Manager of KTMN since 2019 and began operating the station via Time Brokerage Agreement on December 15, 2025.
In a separate deal not yet filed, the Hurt’s JVH Media Connect Foundation will concurrently acquire Classic/Red Dirt Country “Active Radio” 88.9 KHII Cloudcroft and 97.5 K248CB Alamogordo from Flotte’s Southern New Mexico Radio Foundation..

Terry Suggs’ TL Broadcasting will purchase 92.5 W223CT Norfolk VA from Delmarva Educational Association for $45,000. TL will also be responsible for 50% of the rent on the shared antenna with Delmarva’s 100.1 W261DI Norfolk. As part of the deal, W223CT began simulcasting TL’s R&B Oldies/Gospel “The Groove” 1490 WXTG/101.9 W270DA Hampton on February 1.
Hiram Champlin’s Chisolm Trail Broadcasting acquires 93.1 K226BR Enid OK from Donald Williamson for $5000. K226BR will switch from rebroadcasting South Central Oklahoma Christian Broadcasting’s 93.9 KIMY Watonga to Champlin’s “CTB Sports” 1640 KZLS Enid.
Nebraska Public Media sells 89.7 K209FS Columbus NE to MyBridge for $12,297. K209FM holds a CP to relocate to 88.1 to allow the recent sign-on of MyBridge’s 89.9 KHUY Schuyler, which will also become the new parent signal for the translator. K209FS became redundant for the seller following the sign-on of 88.7 KUNE-FM Columbus last June.
