Great Commission Network will acquire Spanish Christian 88.3 WGNK Pennsuco/Miami FL from Genesis License Subsidary for $1.2 million. The station was relaunched on June 29 from “La Nueva 88.3” to “Bless 88.3” under a programming agreement with JRP Family Foundation with most of the programming originating at “88.1 Inspira” WCPR Guayama PR.
Jo Ann Juliano’s Dead-Air Broadcasting Company sells Classic Hits 98.3 KBEV-FM and Classic Country 1490 KDBM Dillon/93.3 K227BM Sheridan MT to Ronald ‘Lee’ and Dianne Pelletier’s Angel Broadcasting for $500,000 with $93,275 allocated to the station’s real estate. Lee Pelletier serves as morning and midday host and Sales Manager at the stations.
Desert Mountain Broadcasting is selling two of its five Bozeman MT stations to the Courtney Kibblewhite led Northern Broadcasting Media Group for $250,000. Northern Broadcasting will acquire Classic Country 1090 KBOZ and Oldies “99.9 K-Bear” KBOZ-FM Bozeman to joining their media holdings that include Classic Country 790 KGHL Billings MT, statewide news and agricultural networks, and daily talk show. Desert Mountain will retain its other stations in Bozeman: Classic Hits “93.7 The River” KOBB-FM, Rock “97.5 The Zone” KOZB, Sports “ESPN 1480/104.1” KYWL/K281CX, and Silent 1230 KOBB along with six stations in Billings.

Tower Broadcasting sells 100.3 W262CX and 106.5 W293CE Bath NY to Tom Hoyt’s WCJW LLC for $45,000. WCJW recently closed on its purchase of 98.3 WVIN-FM Bath from Tower, which subsequently joined its “CJ Country” network. W262CX began rebroadcasting WVIN-FM after 1350 WABH went silent last month, while W293CE rebroadcasts Family Life Ministries’ 103.1 WCIK Avoca NY.
