As Radio One continues to move away from its gold based formats, Urban Oldies “Old School 95.5” WFUN-FM Bethalto IL/St. Louis has rebranded as “95.5: R&B & Old School For The Lou“.
The change brings more Urban AC tracks back into the playlist following a similar move made at 100.3 WRNB Philadelphia in early October. The WFUN-FM change also follows iHeartMedia’s flip of “100.3 The Beat” KMJM-FM from Classic Hip-Hop to Urban at the end of September.
WFUN-FM continues to feature the syndicated Tom Joyner in mornings.
