Telesouth Communications is canceling its previously granted CP to upgrade 103.1 WOSM Ocean Springs/Biloxi, MS from a Class C2 with 50kW at 140 meters to a C1 with 100kW at 180 meters at the request of Apex Broadcasting. Concurrently WOSM has proposed to remain at its current tower with an increase to 150 meters (Coverage Map). At the same time Apex’ 103.1 WZLB Valparaiso/Fort Walton Beach applies to relocate to a new tower site upgrading from 50kW at 114.4 meters to 50kW at 145.8 meters (Coverage Map).
After making an emergency move to a new tower with 850 watts at 140 meters via STA, Adams Radio’s 103.9 WWFW Fort Wayne is seeking to make the move permanent with an increase to 1.6kW.
Bryan Broadcasting proposes to shift the CP of 100.9 KKEE Wheelock, TX to a new tower site with 4.4kW at 116.4 meters. Bryan is awaiting to close on its acquisition of KKEE from Katherine Pyeatt.
Ernest Lopez’ 94.3 KOUL Benavides, TX seeks to increase from a Class A with 6kW at 66 meters to a Class C3 with 18kW at 112 meters (Coverage Map).
Clear Channel has applied for on-channel boosters for four of its Los Angeles FM’s in Santa Clarita, CA. 92.3 KHHT, 102.7 KIIS-FM, 103.5 KOST, and 104.3 KBIG’s boosters will all operate with 1kW at 47 meters (Coverage Map).

Clear Channel has filed to upgrade its CP for 102.1 W271BW Milbrook, CT from 45 watts at 121.1 meters to 240 watts. Rebroadcasting 101.3 WKCI-HD2 the translator will serve New Haven (Coverage Map).
Lotus Communications has filed to relocate 101.3 K267AF Tucson to 95.7 due to a pending displacement caused by the pending move of 101.7 KKYZ Sierra Vista to 101.1 in Tanque Verde serving the Tucson market. As part of the application K267AF will increase from 50 to 250 watts while retaining its height of 570.2 meters (Coverage Map).
Lotus’ 98.9 K257BU Henderson, NV applies to relocate to a tower northeast of Las Vegas where it will operate with 250 watts at 278 meters (Coverage Map). The application includes a change from rebroadcasting Lotus’ “ESPN 1100” KWWN to sister Spanish Talk 1340 KRLV.
Clear Channel’s recently acquired 93.5 K228FH Montoya, TX proposes an upgrade from 4 watts at 81.9 meters to 99 watts at 357 meters (Coverage Map). The translator will rebroadcast Clear Channel’s 96.3 KHEY-HD2.
Mark Snow’s 94.9 W235BS Birmingham applies to upgrade its CP from 13 watts at 351.6 meters to 90 watts at 299 meters rebroadcasting Clear Channel’s 102.5 WDXB (Coverage Map).
Clear Channel’s CP for 94.7 W234BW Parkersburg, WV proposes an move from 235 watts at 69.5 meters to 250 watts at 136 meters. the translator will rebroadcast News/Talk 910 WLTP Parkersburg.
