Spinlogic Enterprises purchases AAA “Q94.9” KQCB-FM Cannon Beach/Astoria, OR from Calcomm Stations Oregon for $170,000.
Niemeyer Communications sells the just moved Country “Coyote 93.9” KOTE Eureka, KS to Larry Cook’s Business Services Management for $37,500.
Rick Vermillion is selling 49% of Country “99.3 The Rooster” KUNQ Houston, MO to Justin Dixon for $5,000 and a Lincoln Pickup Truck also valued at $5,000.

Scribe Video Center, owners of 88.1 WPEB Philadelphia acquires 95.1 W236CL Millbourne, PA from Denise Choi for $1. The 7 watt W236CL will actually increase the 1 watt WPEB’s coverage in Philadelphia.
Manning Broadcasting is purchasing 102.1 W271BV Hagerstown, MD from Airport Investors for $25,000. Manning has applied to move W271BV to move closer to Hagerstown with 25 watts at 288 meters rebroadcasting 106.9 WWEG Meyersville (Coverage Map).
In addition to purchasing 101.9 WZKZ Alfred, NY this week, Sound Communications has agreed to purchase the CP’s for 106.7 W294BU Corning and 107.1 W296CR Bath, NY from Bilbat Radio for $1,000.
After applying to move 99.1 W256CF Masonville, KY to Owensboro, Way Media is selling it to Townsquare Media for $42,500.
