Following his announced exit from CBS CHR “103.3 Amp Radio” WODS Boston to join his about-to-be wife in Nashville, Joe Breezy has found a new job in the market as well.
With Midwest Communications closing on its purchase of CHR ‘i106.7″ WNFN Millersville/Nashville from Cumulus’ Joule Broadcasting divestment trust, the company has announced it has hired Breezy as its new Assistant Brand Manager/Afternoon host starting Monday, July 11. Prior to making the move to Nashville, Breezy will be marrying current WCVB-TV Boston meteorologist Danielle Vollmar. She was recently named Chief Meteorologist at WKRN-TV Nashville.
The addition of Breezy and a new logo were the first two changes Midwest made at WNFN as it took over operations of the station. The station currently features the syndicated Bert Show in mornings, locally based Cori in middays and Butter in afternoons followed by the syndicated Zach Sang at night.
