For the second year in a row Brewer Media is running All-Christmas branded as “Santa 106.9” to lead into a new format in Chattanooga.
106.9 W295BI Chattanooga/95.3 WPLZ-HD2 Ooltewah TN used the two months of Christmas music last year to flip from Country “Cat Country 106.9” to Soft Oldies “Big Easy 106.9“. The move makes it the second All-Christmas station in Chattanooga this year along with iHeartMedia’s Classic Country “96.1 The Legend” W241AF Rossville GA/WUSY-HD2.
The station is directing its former audience to sister Classic Hits “Big 95.3” WPLZ.
