William Pollack’s Pollack Broadcasting is acquiring Richard Jakle’s three stations in Illinois and Nevada for $2 million. The stations involved in the deal are 1280 WBIG Aurora and 1410 WRMN Elgin IL in suburban Chicago and 1400 KSHP North Las Vegas NV. All three stations carry a mix of Talk and Shopping programming. Sheridan Broadcasting sells Gospel/Urban Talk “Mix 1080” WUFO Amherst/Buffalo NY to Sheila Brown’s Visions Multi Media Group for $307,331.86. Brown has operated WUFO via LMA since the start of 2014.

David Webster’s Trignition Media acquires Spanish Tropical 840 WRYM New Britain/Hartford CT from Eight Forty Broadcasting Corporation for $648,000.

Access.1 Communications sells “Fox Sports 1370” KFRO Longview TX to Scottie Rice’s RCA Broadcasting for $5,000. The station has been operated by Alpha Media via LMA since it acquired most of Access.1’s other stations in the Tyler/Longview market in 2014. Alpha has waived its option to purchase the station and will end its LMA when this sale closes.

Stephen Adams is buying out four other investors in Adams Radio Group to increase his personal stake from 42.7% to 92.1%. Adams will pay KSK Radio Investments $4,008,869.63 for its 21.3% stake, Katie Lied LP $2,339,577.90 for its 12.2%, JJZ Partnership $1,754,702.35 for its 9.1%, and Slan Family Trust $1,119,640.96 for its 6.1%. Adams owns stations in Fort Wayne and Northwestern Indiana, Las Cruces NM, and Salisbury/Ocean City MD.

Michael and Shelli Smith’s Mikelli Investments have acquired Whisky Golf Investments LP’s 70% stake in Bravo Mic Communications for $3 million. Bravo Mic owns four stations in the Las Cruces NM market: Country “ZIA Country” KXPZ Las Cruces, Oldies “101 Gold” KVLC Hatch, CHR “Magic 104.9” KMVR Mesilla Park, and News/Talk “B1450” KOBE Las Cruces.

Cedar Broadcasting acquires 90.3 KWBP Big Pine CA from Living Proof Inc. for $12,000.
