The current 3 towers right off of Interstate 94 in Menoken which is home to KXMR's 50kW day and 13kW critical hours operation will be removed. From its new location, WAHT would operate with 15kW day and 870 watts critical hours. The station currently simulcasts sister Sports " 105.5 The Roar " WCCP-FM Clemson. Dowdy & Dowdy Partnership Standards 1390 WROA Gulfport MS applies to move from its current eight tower array with 5kW day/night to diplex with sister 1240 WGCM Gulfport with 900w day and 35w night. Peg Broadcasting Classic Country 860 WTZX Sparta TN reapplies to replace its expired CP to relocate to the tower of sister 1050 WSMT Sparta with 950w day and critical hours and 10w nights. FM Changes Alexandra Communications Variety Hits " 100.1 Bob-FM " KQFO Pasco WA applies to increase power from 6.1kW to 8.4kW/362m as part of a contingent application in which Hot AC " 99.9 The River " KWRL La Grange OR will move to 102.3 while retaining its current 25kW/505m facilities. Alexandra Communications will purchase a new antenna for KWRL and pay for the transmitter to be retuned to the new frequency. Broadcast Communications seeks to increase the power of pending acquisition Classic Hits " Music Power 104 " 103.9 WLSW Scottdale PA from 320w/238m to 1.1kW/236m while correcting its licensed coordinates. Educational Media Foundation applies to move Silent 91.1 KKRD Enid OK to a new site with 450w/63m . Calvary Chapel of Twin Falls' 88.1 KNMA Tularosa NM proposes replacing its current CP by now remaining on its current tower but dropping from a Class C1 to C3 with 500w/496m . Black Media Works Urban 91.1 WJFP Fort Pierce FL seeks to amend its current CP for 100kW/125m with one for 85kW/140m with a directional null to the northwest. FCC Actions Juan Alberto Ayala has entered a $30,000 consent decree penalty over allegations from Manuel Arroyo, iHeartMedia, and JVC Media that he operated 93.5 W228DF Four Corners FL without obtaining consent to rebroadcast stations on his translator. Along with the consent decree, the FCC has approved the sale of the translator to Elohim Group Corporation. Ondas de Vida has been fined $12,000 for operating 99.1 K256BS Palmdale CA at higher than authorized power on multiple occasions. On multiple visits to the translator, FCC agents recorded the station operating with as much as 225 watts ERP as opposed to its licensed 10 watts. Ministerio Cristiano Hombres de Valor was hit with a Notice of Unlicensed Operation for operating a pirate on 95.9 in Omaha NE. Dismissals City Commons LLC VA Series A's application for 102.9 W275BV Winchester VA was denied due to overlap with the protected contour of an LPFM in Keyser WV. Centro Familiar Cristiano's license to cover for the move of 99.5 K258BJ Everett WA to 88.9 was dismissed due to the translator creating interference to Calvary Chapel of Twin Falls' 89.1 K206DL Granite Falls. Station Deletions The FCC continues to crack down on stations that have outstanding "red light delinquencies" for lack of payment of debts owed to the agency. Ralla Broadcasting's 990 WCAZ Carthage IL, Sun Mountain's 1340 KYLW Lockwood/Billings MT, and Sagebrush Broadcasting's 1240 KEVA Evanston WY all saw their licenses deleted. Ivan Rene Moore's 102.5 W273AT Milwaukee was also deleted. However Durlyn Broadcasting AC " Magic 95.9 " WPNC-FM Plymouth NC saw its license reinstated a few weeks after it was deleted for a red light delinquency. Joy Christian Communications has turned in the license for 1400 WLYY Copper Hill TN claiming it to be no longer viable to operate after losing its transmitter site. Baker University turns in the license for 89.7 KNBU Baldwin City KS claiming that recent FCC regulations changes make it more susceptible to being fined. Ted Schober's 104.1 W281BN Hammonton NJ (with application pending to move to 104.5 Harrisburg PA) was deleted as its Construction Permit expired on April 14.
