WNFN would operate with 15kW/278m from the tower of 97.9 WSIX south of Nashville. The upgrade will increase the amount of the Nashville urbanized area the station serves with a 70dBu signal from 56% to 90%. To enable the upgrade of WNFN, Midwest will pay Radio 7 Media $25,000 to pay for the costs to move AC " X106 " 106.7 WTNX Lawrenceburg TN to 103.9 from a new tower site with 6kW/86m . Valleydale Broadcasting is seeking to move 106.3 WZNN Maplesville AL 106.5 in Holtville. From the new location, WZNN would rimshot the Montgomery market with 5.7kW/103m . The move would be contingent on the move of 880 WAMI Opp to Maplesville. With the expiration of its CP to upgrade from a Class A to C2, El Dorado Broadcasters now applies to boost AC " Star 100.9 " KQSR Yuma AZ to a Class C1 with 50kW/397m . Magnum Broadcasting's pending acquisition of Silent 105.7 WGAY Sugarloaf Key FL apples to modify its CP to increase from a Class A to C3 to operate with 22kW/109m . Rio Grande Bible Institute's Spanish Christian " Radio Esperanza " 97.7 KRIO-FM Roma TX seeks to relocate to a new site with 2.25kW/131m . Texas Independent Media's CP for 89.1 KTIM Ellinger TX applies for new 19.5kW/84m facilities. Indiana Community Radio Corporation's 91.5 WCNB Dayton IN proposes relocating to a new tower in Jefferson with 5kW/57m . AM Changes Christopher Johnson applies to relocate Silent 880 WAMI Opp AL to Maplesville AL where it would operate with 8kW day/1kW critical hours. The move to Maplesville will enable the aforementioned 106.3 WZNN Maplesville to move to Holtville in the Montgomery market by retaining a station licensed to that city. Punjabi American Media applies to build a new tower for its pending acquisition of Silent 1350 KLHC Bakersfield CA. KLHC will continue to operate with 1kW day, but drop night power from 33w to 12w. Station Deletions Five AMs have been deleted after being Silent for over year. Griffin Broadcasting Corporation's 630 WJDB Thomasville AL, Curran Communications' 1450 WPAM Pottsville PA, iHeartMedia's 1380 WPLA Portsmouth NH, Y-Town Radio Broadcasting's 1500 WASN Youngstown OH, and Jesse Cowan's 1520 WGTM Spindale NC have all had their licenses and call letters deleted. Agnus Dei Communications has turned in their licenses for 89.5 KTUT Frankfort and 100.9 KSJW Murdo SD. This week's recipient of a license deletion for a Red Light Delinquency letter is Cortaro Broadcasting Corporation's Spanish Christian 1150 KCKY Coolidge/Phoenix AZ. Dismissals After being forced off 98.3 due to interference complaints from Univision's 98.3 KRCV West Covina CA, Gold Coast Broadcasting's application to relocate K252FK Culver City/Los Angeles to 107.9 was denied following Informal Objections from Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa's " K-Wave " 107.9 KWVE-FM San Clemente for interference it would've caused to it. Penfold Communications' application to move 96.1 K241CH San Diego CA to 106.9 with 19w/31m was dismissed at its request. Elohim Group Corporation's CP for 94.1 W231CX Wading River NY to operate with 250w/6m has been dismissed following a Petition For Reconsideration by New York Public Radio's 93.9 WNYC-FM New York that the translator would cause interference to the station. CC Broadcasting's application to shift 93.3 W227DE Bethlehem PA to 98.5 was dismissed due to contour overlap to Entercom's 98.5 WKRZ Freeland PA. Reinstatements The FCC has reinstated Edward Schober's CP for 104.1 W281BN Hammonton NJ to move to 104.5 in Harrisburg as it will have a waiver for six months from the grant of his CP for his application to build a new AM on 850 in Enola PA despite the translator's CP expiring unbuilt in April.
