iHeartMedia and Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia have launched “Breakthrough Radio” on 1480 WDAS and 105.3 WDAS-HD2 Philadelphia.
The new format features a mix of upbeat pop hits and health features produced by the hospital and replaces the Smooth Jazz “JJZ” format heard on the station since 2013.
