FCC Report 9/17: Chattanooga AM Goes Away

Deletions

NoogaRadio Nooga Radio 1240 WSDT Soddy Daisy Chattanooga 92.7Serendipity Ventures II’s News/Talk “NoogaRadio” 1240 WSDT Soddy-Daisy TN has been deleted after the FCC sent a letter clarifying its status and it was returned unsigned.

On August 7, 2017, we received a complaint that the Station has not been operating for an extended period, that its facilities appear to be abandoned, and that the phone numbers are disconnected. In addition, an email sent to the email address on record was returned as undeliverable. Based on this information, it appears that the Station may have been silent (or failed to operate with authorized facilities) for over one year.

Following the deletion, the station removed all references to the AM from its website and Facebook page and only refer to the 92.7 W224AZ Chattanooga translator leased from Edgewater Broadcasting and the HD4 of Brewer Broadcasting’s 95.3 WPLZ Ooltewah.
