David Dean Moves From WNOE To KWNR As Program Director

95.5 The Bull KWNR Las VegasiHeartMedia has transferred 101.1 WNOE New Orleans Program Director David Dean to the same role at Country “95.5 The Bull” KWNR Las Vegas.

Dean has programmed WNOE since January 2015 after previously serving as APD/MD at “Q104.1” WTQR Winston-Salem NC. He has also worked at “98.1 The Bull” WBUL Lexington KY and 92.5 WPAP Panama City FL during his career. This is a different David Dean than the one who continues to host afternoons at CBS’ 94.1 KMPS Seattle.

Dean fills the opening created when KWNR PD/Las Vegas Senior VP of Programming JoJo Turnbeaugh transferred to Denver in May.

iHeartMedia Las Vegas announced today that David Dean has been named Program Director for Country 95.5 The Bull effective immediately.Dean will work closely with on-air personalities and sales to oversee the station brand’s on-air and digital programming, as well as local events and partnerships. He will report to Tony Matteo, Regional Senior Vice President for iHeartMedia Central California/Nevada.

Dean joins 95.5 The Bull from New Orleans, where he most recently served as Program Director for 101.1 WNOE. He has also previously served as the Assistant Program Director for Q104.1 in Greensboro/Winston Salem, NC. He began his career at 98.1 The Bull in Lexington, KY.
