Mobile Radio Partners has closed the acquisition of two Richmond VA area AMs and has flipped them to Rhythmic Oldies “U Win Radio“.
1450 WUWN (formerly WCLM) Highland Springs and 1540 WBTL (formerly WONA) Richmond are now playing what they call “Sweet Soul Music” with R&B and Dance hits from the 50s through 80s (although we caught an early 90s song in our listening). Core artists are listed as Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Four Tops, and Sam Cooke.
