KYKY Rebrands Mornings As Courtney & Company
Entercom Hot AC “Y98” 98.1 KYKY St. Louis has rebranded its morning show as “Courtney and Company” as the station has signed Courtney Landrum to a multi-year contract extension to become lead host and only female fronted morning show in the market.
Landrum has been part of the KYKY morning show since 1999 as producer and co-host of “The Phillips & Company Show” and previously worked as a producer on the “Steve & DC” show. Her elevation follows Guy Phillips’ exit last November after 38 years in mornings.
Jen Myers, Kevin ‘The Intern’ Berghoff and Lance Hildebrand will remain in place as co-hosts.
Entercom, the #1 creator of live, original, local audio content in the United States, today announced a new multi-year contract agreement with Courtney Landrum to remain on Entercom’s Y98 (KYKY-FM). It was also announced that the St. Louis station’s highly rated morning show changed its name to “Courtney and Company.” The move makes the radio show the only one in the city to be named after a female host. Y98 personalities Jen Myers, Kevin “The Intern” Berghoff and Lance Hildebrand will remain on the show which airs weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
